Newpress Plastics Ltd (NPL) has been producing plastic injection moulded
components and products for more than 10 years.

Our manufacturing facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
fulfilling order quantities from as few as 100 to in excess of 1,000,000 items.

We offer manufacturing from PP, PE, ABS and HIPS plastic.
We also have the facility to manufacture products in
"Glass Filled High Engineering Plastics".

Our 5 injection moulding machines have capacities ranging from 45 ton to 175 ton.
The introduction of increasingly sophisticated computer controls has brought about major advancements in the technology of injection moulding. Today's moulding machines offer injection speed/pressure profiling and precise shot control.
Moulding by "speed and position" requires that the moulding team really understands the moulding process. This combination of moulding skills and equipment allows us to provide greatly improved part quality and repeatability.
NPL is an ISO 9002 certified company. This guarantees that we have a consistent and effective quality system in place to meet our customers' quality needs. We place great importance on defining and documenting these needs for each product at the beginning of a project in order to minimize the learning curve once production is underway. Mold and machine set-up and operating conditions are part of our controlled documentation system. Manufacturing quality and inspection forms are displayed at each machine together with sample parts and contain all the relevant information required for our technicians and quality inspectors to determine part consistency and quality. We work with our customers to establish appropriate Quality requirements. All of our parts are inspected in-house. Quality issues that do arise are thoroughly investigated, documented, and corrective actions are initiated. The results are discussed at company meetings in order that everyone can learn from the experience.
